Fractional Chief Commercial OfficerFractional Chief Commercial Officer
Commercial Strategy | Asset Monetisation | Revenue Growth | Strategic Partnerships
Julian is a commercial strategist with over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, commercial transformation, strategic partnerships and asset monetisation across the hospitality, sports, hotel and education sectors.
Over the past decade, Julian has specialised in the education sector, advising schools on how to unlock the commercial potential of their existing assets and capabilities. He operates at the intersection of strategy, growth and value creation, identifying opportunities that can deliver sustainable, scalable income while strengthening long-term financial sustainability.
Julian’s impact lies in his ability to see commercial opportunity where others see operational constraints. He brings strategic clarity to complex environments, challenges conventional thinking and turns ambitious commercial objectives into practical, measurable outcomes. His strategies have helped schools generate revenues of over £12 million, creating additional financial capacity to reinvest in education provision, whether it be facilities, personnel or bursaries.
His approach combines commercial insight with a clear understanding of the unique priorities, values and operating environment within the education sector, ensuring that revenue generation supports, rather than compromises the core educational mission.
As a Fractional CCO, Julian operates at board and executive level, without the requirement for a permanent executive appointment. He works alongside senior leadership teams to shape commercial direction, build organisational alignment, develop new initiatives and establish the partnerships, propositions and governance required to deliver sustainable growth.
His leadership philosophy is centred on creating value, building organisational structure and delivering sustainable long-term impact. He believes that commercial strategy is no longer an optional or supplementary function within education, it is an essential pillar of effective school leadership, strategic planning and long-term financial sustainability.
For schools, this means taking a strategic approach to their assets, capabilities, facilities, relationships and opportunities already within their organisation, and converting them into sustainable sources of additional income and value. A well-designed commercial strategy should sit at the heart of a school’s operating and strategic plan, providing the financial capacity to invest in people, facilities, innovation and educational provision.
Julian’s approach is to ensure that commercial activity is purposeful, professionally managed and fully aligned with a school’s values and educational mission. Commercial strategy strengthens financial resilience, expands community engagement and enables schools to make greater, more sustainable investment in their pupils and their future.
He believes that the strongest schools of the future will be those that combine educational excellence with commercial leadership, strategically managing what they have to create the resources they need to deliver what matters most.
Previous employment and clients include: Managing director for KCS Enterprise ltd, commercial subsidiary for King’s College School Wimbledon; InterContinental & Hyatt Hotels, The Hurlingham Club and The Harbour Club, Chelsea.

Fractional CFO (US)Amir Noor
Fractional CFO (US)Amir specializes in helping high-net-worth clients navigate complex financial and tax planning both personally and commercially. As a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), an Enrolled Agent (EA), and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist™ (CRPS™), he brings a varied lens to finances: strategic, goal-oriented planning and expert-level tax guidance. He doesn’t accept commissions, product sales kickbacks, or referral fees — just clear, objective advice that puts your best interests first.
His origin story begins on Long Island, where he was raised in an immigrant household defined by entrepreneurial highs and devastating lows. His father, a risk-taking entrepreneur, passed away while he was still in high school. Overnight, he found himself managing his family’s finances and hustling to support them.
At 19, he got licensed as an insurance agent and began his journey in financial services. (No, he no longer sells products.) He started college as a computer science major but graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a finance degree after realizing where he could have the greatest impact.
He has now worked in financial services for nearly two decades, working with a broad range of clients, from 22 to 70+, across professions like law, medicine, finance, and entrepreneurship. He’s fluent in their language and the challenges they face, from correcting mismanaged 401(k)s to addressing underinsured households to navigating unexpected windfalls and offshore asset transfers.
Clients often tell him he “gets it” — because he’s lived it. He knows what it’s like to be the first line of financial defense for your family or your business. And he knows how overwhelming it can feel when you’re not sure who to trust.
He lives in Huntington, Long Island, with his growing family and continues to work closely with attorneys, medical professionals, and small business owners—helping them gain clarity, reduce risk, and build lasting wealth.
