Malcolm leads his own accountancy practice, MC Accountancy, as well as serving as a Fractional CFO and Finance Director. He is also the Chairman of the AAT Oxford Branch Committee. Malcolm holds a Cert-Ed in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Portsmouth which he used to teach at numerous colleges for over 14 years. His origin story begins on Long Island, where he was raised in an immigrant household defined by entrepreneurial highs and devastating lows. His father, a risk-taking entrepreneur, passed away while he was still in high school. Overnight, he found himself managing his family’s finances and hustling to support them.
At 19, he got licensed as an insurance agent and began his journey in financial services. (No, he no longer sells products.) He started college as a computer science major but graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a finance degree after realizing where he could have the greatest impact.
He has now worked in financial services for nearly two decades, working with a broad range of clients, from 22 to 70+, across professions like law, medicine, finance, and entrepreneurship. He lives in Huntington, Long Island, with his growing family and continues to work closely with attorneys, medical professionals, and small business owners—helping them gain clarity, reduce risk, and build lasting wealth.
